Jeremy Snyder Biography
Jeremy Snyder founded Military Law with his wife and investigator, Sheena Snyder. He previously served more than 12 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force. He continues to serve as a lieutenant colonel (O-5) in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.

Jeremy has personally handled 100+ courts and boards, averaging 10+ courts per year for every year that he has served as a full time trial attorney. He has defended thousands of military justice actions, including allegations of:
- assault and battery / aggravated assault (Article 128)
- sexual assault / abusive sexual contact / rape (Article 120)
- multiple alleged victims / international crimes
- negligent homicide (Article 134) / involuntary manslaughter (Article 119)
- attempted murder (Article 80 and Article 118)
- drug offenses of all kinds (Article 112a)
- larceny (Article 121) and fraud (Article 132)
Jeremy defends U.S. service members worldwide. He and his family have lived across the United States, the Middle East, and Europe. He has traveled to and worked cases in:
- United States: including 31 different states
- Europe: including England, Germany, and Italy
- Middle East: including Kuwait and Turkey
- Asia / Pacific: including Japan and South Korea
Jeremy Snyder has represented clients from all service branches: Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, and the Coast Guard. He has directly advised senior leaders, including General Officers and a U.S. Ambassador.
